Startup Fee, which is over 50% Off the regular
retail price. After that you pay $6.95 a month for updates, and you will always have our latest Song
Database on
your computer. This monthly fee is over 70% Off the regular
price, and comes to less than 25 cents a day. |

How do I cancel a Recurring Song Update Subscription? |

Yes. Only registered KJ Pro owners are
allowed to purchase Song Update Subscriptions. You can

before my expiration date is extended or my CD-ROM is
shipped? |

Orders are processed within 24 hours,
excluding weekends and holidays. Most orders made on
weekdays, before

for half a year, will the Song Update include every update
that I've skipped? |

Yes. The most recent Song Update you have
access to will contain all the songs added up to its release

How are the expiration dates for the

The length of the subscription you purchase
is added to either your current expiration date or the
day your order is processed, which ever is later. |

Update |
This is the database, containing
karaoke song information, that KJ Pro uses as its master
song database. Song Updates contain the full database
up to the date it is released. New Song Updates are released
at least once per month. They can be purchased as a download
or on CD-ROM. |

Subscription |
This type of subscription
gives you access to download the most recent Song Update
that was released on or before your Download Expiration
Date. Various length subscriptions are available. |

| Download
Subscription Expiration Date |
This is the date that your
subscription for downloading Song Updates ends. After
this date, you will not have access to download any new
Song Updates. However, you will always have access to
download the latest Song Update that was released on
or before your Download Expiration Date. |

| CD-ROM
Subscription |
This type of subscription
includes the same download access as the Download Subscriptions.
In addtion, you will be sent a CD-ROM of the most current
Song Update. If your CD-ROM subscription is longer than
1 month, you will continue to be sent a CD-ROM once per
month until the last month of your CD Expiration. Various
length subscriptions are available. |

Please note: You
only have to pay for the 1st CD-ROM shipment. The remainder
of your CD-ROMs will be mailed to you via USPS which
is included in the cost of the subscription. |

Subscription Expiration Month |
This is the month that your
subscription for Song Updates on CD-ROM ends. After this
month, you will not receive any new Song Updates on CD-ROM. |
